Ultracoat Magnite – hybrid ceramic coating

Ultracoat Magnite is a hybrid ceramic coating for protecting smooth surfaces. It is designed based on SiO₂ and a selected mixture of polysilazanes and poly-resin technology. It fills microscopic pores on the surface and creates an outer protective layer with which it permanently bonds and significantly improves its properties.

Magnite provides effective paint protection for up to 4 years or 80,000 km. It has strong UV filters to protect the surface from degradation and oxidation. It protects the paint from aggressive chemicals (resistance 2-13 pH) and organic dirt.

The ceramic coating hardens the protected surface and provides high slickness , thereby reducing the formation of micro-scratches during washing. New technology has allowed us to achieve an effective barrier against water spots , which not only form slower but are also easier to remove later.

It is a self-sufficient coating – it does not require an additional top coat. When designing Magnite, we wanted to emphasize the principle of “Enjoy Detailing” , which is why its application is easy, fast and pleasant, even in demanding environmental conditions. If you want to enhance the effect of the coating, you can apply it in two layers.

Excellent hydrophobic effect not only pleases the eye by presenting perfect water droplets on the surface, but above all ensures an effective self-cleaning effect and significantly facilitates washing and keeping the car clean.

 The application of Magnite in combination with proper care guarantees maintaining the paint in perfect condition and the joy of daily use of the vehicle.

 How to use:

1. Thoroughly wash the vehicle and perform surface decontamination.
2. Polish the surface, bringing the paint to its best condition.
3. Degrease the surface with Ultracoat Finest Wipe or IPA.
4. Prepare the coating, applicator, and several new microfiber cloths.
5. Apply the product generously to the applicator.
6. Apply the coating to the surface using a cross-hatch method.
7. Wait approx. 30 seconds, wipe off the excess product with a microfiber cloth, and then buff it with a dry side to achieve a perfect surface. You can apply the next layer 30 minutes after the first.
8. Leave the car for 24 hours for the ceramic coating to cure.

 Tips:

• Do not apply coatings in direct sunlight.
• Suitable application conditions are temperature 10-25 °C and air humidity 30-70%.
• Always use new, high-quality microfiber cloths.
• Apply to small areas. We recommend sections of 50 cm x 50 cm.
• For a better effect, apply another layer 30 minutes after applying the first layer.
• Allow the coating 24 hours to fully cure. The first wash should not be earlier than 7 days after coating application.
• Use the entire coating no later than 6 months after opening the bottle.
