We deliver via GLS delivery service within the Republic of Croatia.

Home delivery: €5.99

Delivery to GLS Parcel Locker: €5.99

For orders over €79.99, delivery is free.

Goods are usually delivered within 2-5 business days.

GLS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Orders received on Thursday after 8:00 AM are usually picked up by GLS on Friday, with delivery expected from the next business day. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are usually picked up by GLS on Monday. Ordered goods are delivered to the entrance of the residential building. In the case of an apartment building, the delivery person is not obliged to carry the goods to an upper floor, but delivers the shipment to the building entrance. In case of inability to deliver to the address provided by the customer, the customer bears the costs of redelivery to the same or another address, depending on the agreement and information provided to the seller.

Products are packaged in such a way that they should not be damaged under normal transport conditions. Upon receipt, the customer is obliged to check the packaging and report any visible external damage to the delivery person. In case of any damage, a damage report must be requested immediately or the delivery must be refused.
