Fast and accurate paint thickness measurement
chemicalworkz® Paint Analyzer gives you complete control over painted surfaces – quickly, precisely, and reliably. Whether you use it when purchasing a vehicle, for documentation during detailing, or in a workshop, this compact meter accurately shows whether a vehicle has been painted, repaired, or is in its original condition.
Automatic substrate recognition
The device measures the thickness of non-metallic layers on magnetic and non-magnetic metals. It automatically recognizes the substrate – steel (Fe) or aluminum (nFe) – without the need for manual adjustment. Clear and reliable measurement results are immediately displayed on the illuminated LCD screen.
Professional precision and practicality
You can choose between three measurement modes: single (SNG), continuous (CTN) or differential (DIF). Measurement units are easily switched between μm, mil or mm. The casing is ergonomically designed, and operation is carried out using only three buttons – simple and efficient.
Calibration for maximum accuracy
The device has functions for zero calibration, offset, and multi-point adjustment. Basic calibration is performed using a precise 7-point system. The set includes calibration foils and zero plates for magnetic (Fe) and non-magnetic (nFe) substrates. The Paint Analyzer automatically shuts off after inactivity and has a clear LCD screen with backlighting – ideal for both indoor and outdoor work.
