Bad Boys Polishing Pad – 150 mm

Bad Boys polishing pads are designed for professional paint correction and are compatible with a 150 mm backing plate. They are available in several variations for different polishing stages – from aggressive cutting and defect removal to finishing and high gloss.

Each pad has a conical, trapezoidal profile with beveled edges. The outer diameter of the pad is 170 mm, while the hook-and-loop attachment diameter is 150 mm. This design allows for better control during operation, safer contact with the surface, and additional protection for the edge of the backing plate during polishing.

The central hole aids in better ventilation and heat control, while the reinforced layer beneath the hook-and-loop attachment contributes to more stable operation even during more demanding paint corrections. The pads are compatible with DA and rotary polishing machines.

Hardness Selection:

• Finish – Black: finishing and anti-hologram polishing, ideal for glazes, pre-waxes, and super finish pastes.
• Ultra Finish – Red: extremely soft pad for delicate paints and finishing with maximum shine.
• One Step – Blue: medium-hard pad for single-stage correction, removes defects and leaves shine in one step.
• Polishing – Gray: harder foam for effective removal of scratches and hazing on hard paints.
• Heavy Cut – Beige: most aggressive pad for intensive correction and removal of deeper scratches.

Instructions for use:

1. Select the appropriate pad hardness according to the paint condition and polishing paste.
2. Attach the pad to a 150 mm backing plate.
3. Work in smaller sections and control pressure during polishing.
4. Regularly clean the pad of paste and paint residue during operation.
5. After polishing, clean the pad and allow it to dry completely.

Note:

Before polishing, it is recommended to perform a test section to select the appropriate combination of pad and paste. Do not use damaged pads. Regularly clean the pad during operation and do not allow the paste to completely dry on the surface.
